- picking out outfits? i know how you're feeling, and im not gonna lie. most people who stress about this are trying to impress someone/some people. people especially worry about this if they're going to a new school, but ill show you how to deal with that after this. when people ask for help with this problem, people say "just wear what makes you comfortable and be yourself!" and lets be honest... NOBODY takes that advice, and thats not the advice anyone is asking for. if you don't know what to wear, i would try asking some friends what they're wearing. if you have a "group" that has a certain style, try wearing clothes that fit in with that. some stores i LOVE and have pretty cute clothes are Forever 21, A'Gaci, Tilly's, H&M, and Charlotte Russe. If you're in a younger grade or your child is in a younger grade and you're shopping for them (maybe 4th and under) Justice, GAP, Gymboree, Tilly's (yep!), JC Penny Kids, Macy's Kids, and PS are some great stores. If you don't really know what you want I would try finding something on Wanelo.com or Poshmark.com!
- picking out outfits for a new school? this one's tough, and unless your BFF goes there, you kind of have to hope for the best. one thing you can do is try to find someone who goes there on social media and contact them about it. another thing you can do is shadow the school for a day, and pay close attention to what people wear.
- no friends? this one is super easy unless you're really shy, but i may still have some tips for you. if you have no friends but are pretty outgoing, simple. just go up and say hi to someone. trust me, they ARE NOT going to say "ew, who are you??". If people generally don't really like you, you may be coming off as rude, too confident, or brattish. You might brag a lot, pick a lot of fights, be a slob, or anything that might make people turn away. You could try changing these things. I'm not saying to not be yourself, I'm saying you should try being a nicer person. if you're shy and have no friends, this could be hard. the best thing i could tell you is to ask a sibling or teacher if they could introduce you to some people.
- homework. this is a big one, sand no matter how many tips i give out, there are still gonna be stressed people. my teachers tell us to write our homework down somewhere (which i never do). I used to write it on my school iPad, and i recommend the app Quick HW. When I get home, I write all my homework down on my computer nots and delete each as i do them. i just started doing this and it helps SO MUCH. another big one is to not procrastinate. refrain from waiting for the last minute.
Sorry I haven't posted in a while! I started this a while ago and got really busy! Thanks for reading
